This question reminds me of one a few weeks ago by a fellow asking for information about bringing cheese to France. About the same answer. It would probably be harder to find places where not to shop. Paris is the utmost capital of the world's fashion. You can find anything, from super expensive to moderately priced. Just ask anyone in Paris. You will get great answers.
