A Good Tremolo for Les paul?

Okay, i want a Tremolo arm for my Epiphone les paul standard. I want it to look like a Maestro tremolo. Please!! But! Can yu show me one that you dont need to route, drill, etc just an easy one to put on please! :) Thanks
