How can I improve my credit score?

I have a CapitalOne card with a $300 limit and a NetSpend prepaid card... my question is if I cycle the payment through PayPal or just plain cycle the payments from the Credit Card to the prepaid card which has a return of 5% each year can I increase my credit limit...i.e if I continually max my credit card through transfers every few days will I trick the credit card company into thinking I have a higher income then I actually do and thereby increase my overall credit worthiness? Alternatively should I just sit back and collect these credit cards and juggle the balances to the same effect.... Please I need some expert advice.
