I cant buy a citizens card with a Maestro card?

hi, i need some form of cheap id to get into pubs n clubs etc. i wanna buy a citizens card but they only accept visa and mastercard, and i dont have any other card. is there any way i can buy this citizens card a different way or are there any other cheap enough forms of id. apart from passport or drivers licence.
