What exactly should I expect to be doing in BCT for the Army?

So, i'm 21 years old, and i'm finally decided on joining the army. I've dug and dug, and i can't really seem to find a question about it specifically, but, what can i expect to be doing? Any answers i've found are from old timers and vets who say "Well back in my day we had to run 97 miles with our shoes tied while juggling grenades." I'm looking for the straight, no GoArmy.com bs answer. Really what i'm asking, is what were your experiences. Recent experiences rather. Thanks a lot in advance.
