Why aren't Nike making new Maestri II?

For the past 3 months or so, I've been looking for the CTR360 Maestri II in red. However I haven't seen this shoe in a size 13 on the Nike website nor at other websites. Furthermore there are less sizes becoming available. Does anyone know if or when they are going to release any more of this shoe?
