Why can't I fix the Maestro error in League of Legends?

this happened to me once. when you open lol before you click play now there is a button in the upper right hand corner click it then there should be an option that i believe says fix problem or something among those lines. CLick that and that should fix the problem. Something may of went wrong or skipped while you were downloading it.
