Las Vegas Restaurant Help?

We've been to Cut and Delmonico, and I think Delmonico was my best dining experience ever. The food was great and the service exceptional. They have an amazing wine list, and the restaurant decor primarily consists of the displays of its wine collection. Cut was good as well, but didn't stand out as much in my mind.
