If Xavi is so accurate at his passing, why doesn't he score more goals?

I agree with Saint Iker and would like to add that passing isn't only about shooting the ball to someone. You need to anticipate player movements and figure out where your players and opponents' player move to and pass the ball to a future place in time accordingly. So it's not the same as shooting at a goal that stays in the same location all match.
