Questions about cafe first date?

ok, so last summer I went to camp in France where I met an amazing guy. we didnt really date or anything but I liked him and im pretty sure he liked me. I've been in touch with him and found out that he's not going back to camp this year (I am). we are planning to get together because I'm going to be in Paris for a week before camp. what should I wear for our get together? shoes, hair, makeup too. also, how should I act? I'm 13 and we will be in Paris and we'll be going to a caf� as far as I am concerned. thanks so much! also, I'd love a guys point of view too. thanks!
